Our expert therapists offer calming body and facial treatments that are bespoke to each guest, and designed to re-energise and rebalance body and mind.

ONE SPA, part of the five star Sheraton Grand Hotel and Spa in Edinburgh has an opportunity for a Spa Treatments Manager who will lead our therapy team and be responsible for their training and development; the day to day running of the therapy floor and the growth and development of our product in 2025 and beyond. Reporting to the Spa Director you will be involved in all operational procedures and codes of conduct on the therapy floor to ensure the provision of an effective service.

You will ensure the smooth running of the treatment department and maintain a high standard of treatments, cleanliness and motivation within the team. Recruitment, training and supporting the therapists and wider Spa team will be an ongoing objective all while following brand standards & H&S objectives. A keen eye for KPI's and industry trends will keep you a step ahead and hitting all revenue targets. A member of the HOD team you'll also work closely with other managers both in the spa and wider hotel on a range of initiatives to support our wider goal of "proud associates, happy guests, thriving business."

Driving the spa forward, you'll assist the Spa Director with the development and implementation of the budget, marketing objectives along with departmental strategy. You will also be required to perform Duty Management shifts, as and when required.

You must be qualified in Beauty Therapy to one of the following: NVQ Level 3, ITEC, City & Guilds or CIDESCO or equivalent. ESPA training is an advantage but not essential. Industry experience is preferred as you will be called upon to perform some treatments when required.

40 Hours per week, 5 days out of 7, including weekends.
