Role Overview:

As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the full lifecycle of construction projects. From initial concept to final completion, you will ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Working alongside a talented team of architects, designers, and construction professionals, you will coordinate all aspects of the project, providing clients with peace of mind through clear communication, effective project management systems, and proactive problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring all milestones are met, from design through to construction and final handover.
  • Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing daily updates through an online customer portal and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with architects, designers, structural engineers, and construction teams to ensure seamless execution of the project.
  • Budget & Schedule Management: Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and keeping projects on track.
  • Problem-Solving: Manage unforeseen challenges with professionalism and a calm demeanor, finding solutions and minimizing disruption.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all work meets the company's high standards of quality and design excellence.
  • Interior Fit & Finish Support: Provide guidance and support to clients on interior design and finishing, ensuring the final result aligns with their vision.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the construction or architectural design sector.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Procore, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and timelines simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to overcoming obstacles.
  • Ability to maintain a positive, professional attitude, even when dealing with challenges.
  • A strong commitment to high-quality results, customer satisfaction, and teamwork.
