As a Sous Chef within our Luton Grosvenor Casino, you'll play an integral role in the Kitchen,from prepping ingredients to mastering the art of sauce-making, your role is vital to ensuring each dish hits the right note. Your tasks are diverse and essential for the kitchen's smooth operation

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Hospitality is preferred but not essential
• Experience of leading a team
• Experience of financial budgeting within a Food & Beverage business
