Team Intro/ about the role
The Business Partnership Management team at Trust and Safety is responsible for the strategy, governance, and operations performance of the extended workforce across the region.

The team makes it agile and efficient for the T&S team to engage with our suppliers, providing on-boarding, training, standards, and guidelines to keep our community safe.

In the Sourcing & Seed function, you will drive the world-wide BPO selection for business development and the new site implementation.

Responsibilities
You will lead the sourcing for new BPO partners based on business needs, including:
- Understand and evaluate the business requests from different departments, as well as market research and desk research for location strategy and partner capability.
- Analyse the market data and present it with a logical methodology to support the data-based business decision-making.
- Communicate with XFN-team such as GR, PR, legal to support the solution; Work closely with procurement to complete the RFx process.
- You will support BPO partners with the implementation of a new site from 0 to fully functional, during the initial stage.
- You will hold the partner site accountable and help to set a clear path towards operational excellence.
- You will guide the BPO partner to design the ramp-up plan and coordinate internal resources with XFN-team such as training arrangement to kick-off the business operation.
- You will ensure the program/project is successful through strong service delivery of core OKR/goals ( Latency, quality, wellness).
- You will ensure adherence to budget and accurate financial accounting of vendor partner production, training, and other expenses.
- You will identify operational and performance risks and mitigations proactively within the assigned sites and/or lines of businesses.
- You will crisply articulate site performance and any remediation plans to an executive level.
- You will transfer the fully-functioned site to the regional Ops success team after implementation.
- You are able to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously and effectively, and efficiently prioritise and meet deadlines.
- You can manage complex vendor and internal stakeholder relationships and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education, Trust and Safety, BPO, Business Services, Vendor management/ BPO is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in Business Development, and/or Vendor Manager, Procurement Specialist role.
- Vendor Management & Partner Management experience is strongly desired.

Preferred Qualifications
- Solid communication skills and proven record of effective collaboration with global partners and XFN stakeholders, and familiarity with senior leadership collaboration.
- Influencing skills and are able to navigate a global organisation, influence stakeholders, and affect outcomes. You have the ability to gain trust and influence with limited direct authority.
- Understanding the overall BPO industry world-wide, including business model, industrial trends, info of key parties, and have a judgment of the industry.
- Analysis and reporting skills, able to collect data, apply data into models, generate insights and present the conclusion with a clear logic to support data-based decision-making.
- Experience managing outsourced partner relationships along with people management experience; You come with Operations Management, Program Management, Large scale transformation project experience.
- Experience in large scale operations working across or coordinating with multiple domains and business units
- Ability to think outside the box, multitask and work well under pressure, identify issues, and work to resolve them in partnership with business leaders.

Important to know:
- Ability to travel 50%-70% is required for this role.
