Job Description
System Engineering Architects provide insight, leadership and innovation in the creation and assurance of multidisciplinary solutions, defining the fundamental concepts and properties of engineered systems and the principles and processes for their realization and evolution. Engineered systems are those systems designed or adapted to interact with an anticipated operational environment to achieve one or more intended purposes while complying with applicable constraints. Systems may be composed of any or all of people, products, services, information, processes, and natural elements. Systems Engineers take a integrative approach using science, mathematics and systems principles.

Job Description - Grade Specific
Vice President Shape, guide and lead engagements that demonstrate CxO influence and responsibility, require delivery cross region or cross business unit, involve transformation complexities and leading large teams. Must be a system engineering architecture thought leader within an industry and within Capgemini. Certification: preferably Capgemini Architects certification level 3 or above, INCOSE and TOGAF 9 or equivalent.
