Key Responsibilities
• Service Implementation & Quality Assurance:
- Lead the technical implementation of services, ensuring alignment with RETN standards and exceeding client expectations.
- Ensure that all contractual requirements, deadlines, and service quality benchmarks are consistently met and evaluated for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize service delivery processes and enhance overall service quality.
Project Management:
- Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules at a milestone level, ensuring accurate tracking and timely delivery.
- Provide comprehensive project-level and executive-level reporting, delivering regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans to address potential challenges.
- Utilize project management tools and methodologies to streamline processes and improve project outcomes.
Technical Coordination & Support:
- Analyze the technical feasibility of service implementations, ensuring that solutions are both practical and aligned with customer needs.
- Manage complex coordination activities during service delivery, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among all involved parties.
- Lead and dispatch field technicians for service installation, coordinating off-net testing and managing escalations to ensure timely resolution.
- Serve as a technical advisor, providing expert consultation to Sales, Procurement, Engineering, and other teams to support customer issue resolution.
Documentation & Analysis:
- Maintain and manage technical documentation, inventory records, schematics, and diagrams, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for project execution.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with a strong background in fiber optics, telecommunications architecture, IP/MPLS equipment, and project management.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects in a high-pressure environment, with a focus on delivering results.
Technical Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of Internet and IP/MPLS network concepts, including TCP/IP network protocol stack, and protocols such as IP, BGP, MPLS, OSPF, and Ethernet.
- Extensive knowledge of fiber specifications, optical network design principles, and the ability to apply this knowledge in practical scenarios.
- Familiarity with DWDM networks is a strong advantage, as is holding certifications from Juniper and Cisco.

- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage large volumes of information and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical information to stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.
