Soft Services Manager - Manchester
Up to £36,500 per Annum (DOE)
Monday to Friday role!
We are seeking a Soft Services Manager with experience in the multi service facilities management industry to join our team based at Heineken UK in Manchester.
Integrated facilities management services with a purpose.

Service lines include cleaning, security, reception, mailroom, water, grounds maintenance, pest control and catering.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following;
- Oversee all site services
- Manage and be responsible for overall and efficient of the 14forty contract services to a high standard.
- Manage positive client relationships with regular contact to understand needs and requirements
- Responsible for recruitment, development and training for team members
- Manage budget and deliver value for money.
- Compile monthly finance reports.
- Follow company guidance on sustainability and best practice
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
- Experience in people management, leading a team to deliver results
- Previous experience in Multi service lines Soft FM inc. security and cleaning essential
- SIA licence desirable
- Catering experience desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership with the ability to deliver results
- Be able to liaise with clients and colleagues at all levels
- IT literate
