Soft Services Manager - Manchester

Up to £36,500 per Annum (DOE)

Monday to Friday role!

We are seeking a Soft Services Manager with experience in the multi service facilities management industry to join our team based at Heineken UK in Manchester.

Integrated facilities management services with a purpose.

Service lines include cleaning, security, reception, mailroom, water, grounds maintenance, pest control and catering.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following;

  • Oversee all site services
  • Manage and be responsible for overall and efficient of the 14forty contract services to a high standard.
  • Manage positive client relationships with regular contact to understand needs and requirements
  • Responsible for recruitment, development and training for team members
  • Manage budget and deliver value for money.
  • Compile monthly finance reports.
  • Follow company guidance on sustainability and best practice

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

  • Experience in people management, leading a team to deliver results
  • Previous experience in Multi service lines Soft FM inc. security and cleaning essential
  • SIA licence desirable
  • Catering experience desirable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong leadership with the ability to deliver results
  • Be able to liaise with clients and colleagues at all levels
  • IT literate
