Soft Services Manager - Hull

Up to £35,000 per Annum (DOE)

Monday to Friday role! 7am to 3pm but flexibility will be required.

We are seeking a Manager with experience in the multi service facilities management industry to join our team based at Cargill in Hull.

Integrated facilities management services with a purpose.

Service lines include catering, cleaning, security and sub contractor management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following;

  • Oversee all site services
  • Manage and be responsible for overall and efficient of the 14forty contract services to a high standard.
  • Manage positive client relationships with regular contact to understand needs and requirements
  • Responsible for recruitment, development and training for team members
  • Manage budget and deliver value for money.
  • Compile monthly finance reports.
  • Follow company guidance on sustainability and best practice

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

  • Experience in people management, leading a team to deliver results
  • Previous experience in Soft FM inc. security, cleaning and catering
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong leadership with the ability to deliver results
  • Be able to liaise with clients and colleagues at all levels
  • IT literate
