A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented and engaging Social Value Manager to join our team . Danny Sullivan Group is the leading supplier of skilled, professional labour in the UK, and has been serving the civil engineering, rail, transportation, and construction industries since 1986.Key Responsibilities

  • Manage of Social Value Team in ensuring all contractual KPI's are achieved
  • Lead of design and implementation of Social Value Strategy
  • Ensure all internal and external reporting is completed in a timely manner
  • Work with business systems to ensure all relevant data capture
  • Produce content for all community and Social Value engagement events
  • Work to support business development opportunities
  • Work to support creation and submission of business bids
  • Attend all mandatory customer meetings and ensure effective service delivery from a Social Value aspect
  • Identify any new legislative & regulatory requirements or new accreditations relevant to DSG
  • Maintain all relevant audits and accreditations in relationship to Social Value
  • Ensure a strong working relationship with external customers and relevant stakeholders
  • Ensure team is engaged, working towards GROW Goals and regular given performance review

  • Client Reports
  • Social Impact Report
  • Marketing Support
  • SLT Reports as required

Experience
