Social Media Manager for a Podcast in the UK (Home Based Part Time)

Job Description
• Manage and publish content across key social media platforms including Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Spotify (for podcasts).
• Edit and repurpose clips from recordings for social media promotion and podcast highlights.
• Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to evaluate audience activity, with a focus on reaching and growing the core audience of women aged 30+.
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule and ensure all content aligns with brand voice, tone, and quality standards.
• Streamline the content workflow - from ideation to production and publishing - to improve efficiency and output quality.

(Optional/Preferred):
• Build and manage a website to support content and brand visibility.
• Develop and maintain online courses or training programs aligned with brand goals.

Skill Set
• This role is open to Filipinos only based in the Philippines. • Strong English communication skills - both written and verbal. • Proven experience in social media management across multiple platforms. • Proficiency in graphic design and editing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, or similar). • Skilled in video editing and clipping for short-form and promotional content.
