About the Role

As Social Media Creator, you will own Fyxer Ai's social presence across TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter/X. This isn't about following a rigid content calendar, it's about having the creative freedom, strategic autonomy, and unstoppable energy to build our brand voice from the ground up.

You'll be the face and voice of Fyxer online, creating scroll-stopping content that turns skeptics into believers and showcases how our product transforms daily workflows.

This role requires someone who can think strategically, create fearlessly, and execute relentlessly.

This is a rare opportunity to build content at a fast-scaling AI startup where your work directly impacts growth and brand perception. You'll be moving fast, making content that actually gets seen, and helping shape how professionals engage with the Fyxer brand.

What You'll Do

Own Our Organic Social Strategy

Develop and execute comprehensive organic social strategies across TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter/X. Set the creative direction, content themes, and growth tactics that align with business objectives while staying authentic to your creative voice.

Create Scroll-Stopping Content

Produce engaging short-form videos, social posts, and stories that showcase Fyxer's value in entertaining, relatable ways. You'll be on camera regularly, bringing personality and authenticity to our brand presence.

Master at X/Twitter

Drive conversations, engage with our community, and establish Fyxer as a thought leader in the work productivity space. Turn product features into digestible, shareable content that sparks engagement.

Ideate Original Concepts

Generate fresh, creative concepts that capture attention in crowded feeds. From trending audio adaptations to original series ideas, you'll bring innovative thinking to every piece of content.

Optimize for Growth

Analyze performance data to understand what resonates with our audience. Iterate quickly on successful formats while experimenting with new approaches to maximize reach and engagement.

Build Community

Foster genuine connections with our audience through authentic engagement, responding to comments, and creating content that invites participation and conversation.

Requirements

North American background with deep understanding of US/Canadian social media culture and trends

Exceptional content creation skills: Track record of creating engaging content that drives growth and engagement
