Salary: Up to £40,000 depending on experience
Location: Hybrid/Didsbury/Manchester with travel to our network of offices in the North West

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with business goals.
- Manage day-to-day organic activities and community engagement on our social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X and other emerging platforms.
- Maintain a comprehensive content calendar to plan posts ahead of time and ensure a good mix of content.
- Create, curate, and publish high-quality, relevant and engaging content (text, images and videos) tailored to each platform's audience and best practices.
- Maintain the highest standards in all social media outputs, ensuring content is accurate and is consistent with our brand voice and style guidelines.
- Be an active presence on social media - sharing, commenting, and participating in relevant groups/spaces to drive brand visibility and community interaction.
- Respond to comments and queries in a timely manner, identify and capture marketing opportunities as well as areas of improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams and key business stakeholders to support them in delivering quality content for social media.
- Monitor and analyse social media performance using analytics tools, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Champion the social media agenda by educating team members and colleagues on best practice and industry developments.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Significant experience and a proven track record of leadership and successful execution of social media campaigns in a corporate, B2B or agency setting.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Experience with basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for creating or editing visual content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
- Creative and full of ideas of how to improve and innovate.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task as priorities and deliverables changes.
- Ability to work independently and also collaborate within a team.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Experience and understanding of the legal sector and competitors is a plus
- Proficiency in capturing and editing video and image content
- Relevant professional qualifications
