Description
Welcome to Disturbia. We're an independent, subculture-led fashion brand creating unconventionally authentic attire for a global community of kindred spirits who think and act outside the box of normalcy.
We are looking for a Social Media Manager with a strong creative eye, extensive social media experience, and a passion for creative storytelling and fashion. This role will lead our social media strategy, overseeing all aspects of visual content creation, scheduling, posting, and influencer collaborations. You will curate and produce content that aligns with our brand identity while driving customer engagement, click-throughs, and conversions. With the support of our creative shoot team, graphic designers and the wider content team, you'll play a key role in executing innovative, platform-specific strategies that resonate with our audience globally. In this role you will work alongside the Head of Creative to develop inspiring social campaigns, explore ways to measure their success across all social platforms, and contribute to early project briefings to help shape ideas and strategies
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Strategy & Execution:
Develop, manage, and execute a bespoke and considered social media strategy across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.), tailoring content and strategies to each platform to maximize engagement, reach, and conversion. - Creative Content Production & Curation:
Own the creation and curation of all social media content, including stills, video, and written formats. Collaborate with in-house and external teams to shoot, produce, and edit content that aligns with seasonal and campaign goals, ensuring it reflects the Disturbia brand identity with a focus on ensuring diversity. - Visual Identity & Aesthetic:
Uphold and evolve Disturbia's visual style across all social channels, ensuring that every post is consistent, on-brand, and commercially impactful. Work with creatives to ensure content is fresh, creative, and eye-catching. - Influencer Management:
Lead influencer and partnership strategies, identifying and building relationships with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors who align with our brand values and aesthetic. Coordinate influencer collaborations to maximise brand reach and authenticity. - Campaign & Shoot Coordination:
Brief social-specific requirements into wider seasonal and campaign photoshoots, ensuring social media content needs are addressed. Plan and execute smaller, social-specific shoots to deliver unique content for each platform. - Scheduling & Posting:
Own the scheduling and posting calendar, ensuring content is posted at optimal times to engage our global audience. Keep a pulse on social media trends and emerging platforms to ensure our strategy remains relevant, commercial and innovative. - Community Engagement & Growth:
Engage with our audience, responding to comments, DMs, and mentions, while fostering community growth. Use social media as a tool to nurture relationships with our customers and grow brand loyalty through unique interactive content and events. - Data-Driven Insights & Reporting:
Track and analyse the performance of content across all platforms, using insights to inform future strategies and content. Provide regular reports on key metrics such as engagement, reach, traffic, and conversions. - Collaborative Teamwork:
Work closely with the content, e-commerce, and design teams to ensure social media efforts are aligned with broader business and campaign goals. Partner with customer service to ensure that social feedback is addressed promptly and effectively.
