You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the online presence of our iconic Penguin brand and our beloved sub-brands, The Happy Foodie, Dead Good Books, and Penguin Platform.

Key responsibilities:

  • Spearhead community management strategies for our social channels, focusing on Penguin and occasionally Dead Good, Happy Foodie, and Penguin Platform.

  • Coordinate with our Social Media Manager and Social Producers to plan and execute content and activation schedules.
  • Partner with Brand Marketing, Design, and Content teams to maximise community engagement during campaigns.
  • Occasionally create content to support various initiatives, even though it is not the primary focus of the role.
  • Lead social media community engagement projects as needed, such as #AskPenguin and Instagram Stories Takeovers.

  • Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in creating both static and video assets for social media.

Please apply with your CV and cover letter outlining why you are the right candidate for the role by 11:59pm on Sunday 12th January.
