As Social Media Art Director you will take the lead in shaping the art direction and content creation across our global social media channels. In this role, you will be the creative gatekeeper, developing the social media look and feel for our brand and aligning it with our business objectives. Your creative solutions will inspire our customers and community, making a lasting impact.

What you will do:

  • Drive brand awareness, perception, traffic, and revenue online and in-store through art direction and visual identity on all social media platforms.
  • Develop social media storytelling, focusing on social-first narratives for key campaigns alongside daily content.
  • Curate a consistent, always-evolving stream of engaging content to captivate our existing audience and attract new followers.
  • Develop and implement video and graphic treatments that resonate with our audience, inspire engagement, and drive conversion.
  • Evaluate content engagement, reach, and brand perception to measure success.
  • Brief and lead a matrix roster of external creatives, including animators, photographers, directors, and editors.
  • Optimise shoots by considering unique and additional content for each social channel in collaboration with the Content and Social team.
  • Execute end-to-end image and video social content, from creative concept to post-production, overseeing every step of the process.
  • Explore innovative ways to express the brand through imagery, film, and digital creation.
  • Research and present social media trends, animators, photographers, directors, editors, and potential creative partners.
  • Analyse key data to inform strategic decisions and conduct creative testing to gain insights into social media developments, digital trends, and emerging talent/influencers.

In addition to our values for this role we are also looking for:

  • Proven experience in art direction and content creation for different social media platforms for either fashion retail or editorial
  • Proficient in video and graphic treatments to create visually appealing and engaging content.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and the ability to measure and evaluate the impact of content.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external creatives.
  • Ability to stay updated with social media trends and emerging creative talent.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.

This is a full time permanent contract based at our Head Office in London.
