This job is brought to you by Jobs/Redefined, the UK's leading over-50s age inclusive jobs board.
Company Description
We are looking for an ambitious Social & Content Manager to join the Dis-loyalty team at Ennismore on a 9-month maternity cover contract, as a hybrid role based out of our London office. This role is to start immediately.
Dis-loyalty is a game-changing travel and food membership that takes a different approach to loyalty by actively encouraging members to explore new destinations and rewarding them for being disloyal.
This is an exciting maternity-cover role in our growing team, that will build upon the foundations set by our Head of Content. Reporting to the VP of Brand Marketing, the Social & Content Manager will focus on creative and commercial activations across central social media channels, brand website, and email primarily - covering all editorial, storytelling or internal platforms to provide an enriched customer experience that drives traffic to our sign-up / booking channels. The role will also act as a creative brand guardian for brand standards and tone of voice, ensuring consistency across all markets.
Job Description
What you'll do in the role...
- Manage and deliver a monthly content calendar across all digital touchpoints that reflects our broader marketing strategies; generating standalone social campaign ideas and support the amplification of BAU and integrated marketing campaigns
- Explore and test new channels and content formats to engage new audiences and new places where current audiences may be
- Focus on driving quality traffic, high customer engagement, and conversion
- Recruit new audiences working via social and influencer activations, collaborating with our Head of Comms & Culture to amplify content and build long-term brand advocacy
- Use internal business insight data and external market insights to recommend channel strategies and content, proactively generating creative ideas
- Drive the editorial content for the brand across our website, in-hotel print, digital collateral, and any other standalone campaigns that require a storytelling narrative to roll out across owned channels
- Ensure that the website's CMS is always up to date, whether with the creation of new properties or auditing of existing content - all while working closely with the Product team to optimise our customer experience
- Responsible for copywriting across website, newsletters, collateral, social media, and in-hotel experiences - ensuring we have a strong TOV and that it is maintained consistently, whether by yourself or commissioned freelancers
- Brief and collaborate with our internal graphic designer, and an external roster of videographers and photographers to produce high-quality content that aligns with our brand strategy
- Constantly seek to improve team and stakeholder processes to drive efficiency and ensure all go live deadlines are met
- Perform competitor analysis to inform business insights and strategies
- Monitor performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics & Metricool, integrating findings into marketing dashboards to optimise plans
- Oversee community management across all channels to ensure continuous positive brand engagement
- Deliver and expand upon the anticipated roll-out of Dis-loyalty Drops in 2024 and beyond
- Manage and track the content budget, working closely with the VP of Brand to ensure on-budget activity
