ROLE: Site SHE Manager

HOURS: 40 per week Monday to Friday- Permanent Role

SALARY: £39,000 - £41,000 basic salary per year, dependent on skills and experience

BASE: Eurocell Recycle, Ilkeston, Derbyshire

Safety is at the heart of all we do, and we have a great opportunity available to join our Health and Safety Team as a SHE Manager at our Recycling Plant in Ilkeston.

WHAT OUR SITE SHE MANAGERS DO:

• Conduct Risk Assessments
• Develop, produce and communicate clear, standardised documentation and information
• Manage Safe Operating Procedures
• Conduct investigations
• Provide hands-on SHE support
• Work collaboratively to lead, guide, advise and support operational teams in the identification and effective management of all SHE related issues
• Provide a resolution for issues and investigation and management of H&S incidents
• RCA Investigation and management of H&S incidents
• Implementation of Actions following the PDCA path
• Ability to create monthly performance reports for SHE

WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR SITE SHE MANAGERS:

• IOSH Managing Safely - essential minimum requirement
• NEBOSH qualification is required. If you do not have this already, you must be prepared to undertake the qualification within 6 months of commencement of the role
• Minimum 3 years SHE experience
• Extensive relevant practical experience in health & safety Proven track record of achievements
• Computer literate
• It would be beneficial if you have experience in a similar industrial environment
