Salary: Thurrock BandD Point 20 - 25
£27,878.92 - £31,641.89 per annum
7.00am - 3.30pm (Monday, Tuesday,Thursday and Friday) with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break (Split shifts will beconsidered for this role)
30 hours per week
52 weeks per year
20 days annualleave

We are looking for a practical and well-motivated person towork at Warren Primary School. The role will include a wide range ofresponsibilities and duties connected with ground and facilities maintenance ofthe site including being a key holder responsible for opening and locking upthe school. Under the direction of the Headteacher and the Osborne Co-operativeAcademy Trust H&S department, you will also carry out Health and Safetychecks in accordance with Trust policies to ensure the school remains compliant,and line manage site staff.
The successful candidate will be:
- A hands-on individualwho can maintain, develop and implement systems and procedures
- Practical; with goodDIY skills
- Able to contribute toprojects and maintenance schedules
- Self-motivated andwilling to work on your own initiative
- Adaptable regardinghours of work to meet the needs of the school
- Able to communicate effectively with contractors and centralfunctions
