Site Manager - Two Rural Primary Schools

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Site Manager to work across two welcoming rural primary schools (Sedlescombe & Ninfield). This is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital role in our school community and help ensure our children thrive in a safe and well-maintained environment.
What We're Looking For
- Awareness of health and safety to keep our schools compliant and secure for staff, children, and families.
- Ability to line manage staff effectively.
- Skilled in carrying out risk assessments and ensuring compliance.
- Experience in managing contractors and obtaining quotes for works.
- Good DIY skills - able to fix the many things that get broken in school!
- Knowledge of or willingness to manage a swimming during the summer terms
- Practical skills for maintenance, repairs, and site security.
- Someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a friendly, supportive team.
- Flexibility and initiative to manage two sites effectively.

Work Pattern
- 33 hours per week worked Monday to Friday (all year round)
- 3 days of 7 hours
- 2 days of 6 hours
Essential:
- This role is across two rural primary schools, so you must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle.
