Site Manager (Newquay)

Carbon 60 is looking to recruit a Site Manager for its leading construction client based near Newquay, Cornwall
Pay rate is £270-300 per day CIS
Working hours are usually 7.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday
This project is for an immediate start and due to last 12 months
Duties will include
- Coordinate and manage construction work, ensuring compliance with all H&S regulations
- Supervision of all contractors and sub contractors
- Conduct regular site inspections and rectify any issues
- Manage all relevant paperwork
- Monitor costs and project progress
- Problem solve
- Communicate with a range of people at all levels
You will need
- Supervisor/Manager CSCS card
- SSSTS/SMSTS
- First Aid at Work
- Previous experience on a Tier 1 construction site
- Provable work on MOD, Armed Forces or Government high security sites
You will have to
- Due to the nature of the site be prepared to go through a basic DBS, BPSS and SC clearance.
- Holding all or part of these would be desirable
