Site Manager Level 1 - Starting ASAP

37 hours per week (Monday to Friday, All Year Round)

Salary £28,598 to £31,022 (Grade 5 - Point 12 - 17)

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Site Manager Level 1 to join our high school team. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and well-maintained environment for staff, students, and visitors. This role includes overseeing the day-to-day operations of the school site, managing minor repairs, and ensuring health and safety compliance.

The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, a hands-on approach, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in a facilities or site management role is desirable.

Experience of working within a school setting, including the relevant Health & Safety requirements is desirable, though training will be provided.
