The post of Caretaker comes with a requirement to live in an on-site three bedroom bungalow for which a very nominal rent is charged (currently £ 350.00 per month).
We are looking for a conscientious and self-motivated Site Manager to join our supportive and collaborative team.
We strive to provide a stimulating and nurturing environment for all our students and staff to learn and work in. The Site Manager will play a crucial role in keeping our school in perfect condition so our children can access the first-class education we can offer in an environment that is clean, safe and secure. You will have responsibility for security, monitoring, cleaning, building and maintenance. We are lucky to have a modern main school building which was opened in 2021.
As a Site Manager you will be meticulous, dynamic and work well as part of the wider support team. To be considered for this role, you will need experience and knowledge of regulatory bodies and compliance. You will be responsible for all planned maintenance, health and safety compliance, including carrying out and reviewing premises-related risk assessments and action plans. A good selection of DIY / Handyperson skills is essential.
