We are looking for a Site Manager to join Ashdown Primary School. We wish to appoint a reliable and self-motivated individual who has proven skills, knowledge and understanding in the following areas:
An ability to effectively undertake site services cleaning, minor repair and maintenance tasks including responsibility for pool maintenance. Good initiative and organisational skills. Knowledge of COSHH and health and safety procedures and protocols is desirable but training will be given. Good interpersonal skills
27.5 hours per week/52 Weeks per year equivalent to £18,138 - £18,425 per annum
The hours will be divided up between maintenance - including Health & Safety checks, cleaning and pool maintenance
Split Shift: 7.00am-9.30am and 3pm-6pm Monday-Friday.
We would be happy for this position to be a job share (working either every morning shift or every afternoon shift).
In addition there are a number of evening lettings that require the site manager to lock up. These additional duties are paid on a claims only basis at .75 hrs per lock up, at time and a half.
