Your Role
Site Manager position
We are looking to appoint a friendly,efficientand professional Site Manager to join our site team at Forest Lodge Academy part of L.E.A.D. Academy Trust. This role is essential in ensuring that our pupils and staff work in a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
Working Hours: 37 Hours per week, Full-Time position and worked as a split shift:
6.30 - 10.00 am and 2.00 - 6.00 pm (Monday - Thursday)
6.30 - 10.00 am and 2.00 - 5.30 pm (Friday)
Salary - NJC Point 14 - 19 (Dependent on experience)
Main duties include:
- Premises and operation leadership
- Compliance, health & safety and asset management
- Take a proactive role in the maintenance, management and cleaning of the school site
- Line Management
- Following all safeguarding, health & safety, and infection control procedures

Qualifications
5 GCSEs including Maths and English (grade 4-9) or equivalent

Good qualifications in both English and Maths

Health and Safety Qualification (e.g. NEBOSH, COSHH, etc) or willing to work towards
