Job Title: Site Manager
CBRE Global Workplace Solutions, leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management, are recruiting a Site Manager to join the team located in Broughton.
Purpose Of The Job
Overall responsibility for a singular large scale project including full site responsibility/ownership, health and safety, day to day management on site of all contractors and on time delivery.
Communicate to Head of Projects/Senior Project Manager/Project Manager and customers the deliverables, dependencies and risks as each project progresses.
Key Responsibilities
1. Delivery of projects in line with QHSE regulations and standards.
2. Identify and generate projects or variations.
3. Manage key deliverable son project.
4. Develop strong relationships with key customers.
5. Work with contract teams regards safe delivery and handover.
6. Manage projects fully compliant with projects playbook.
7. Manage day to day site activity.
8. Manage change control process
9. Manage reporting and client communications on live projects.
10. Ensure project are managed and delivered in line with commercial terms.
11. Manage contractors in order to achieve programme in a safe manner.
Accountabilities
• Accountability to the Head of Projects/Project Manager/Senior Project Managers.
• Manage and deliver project safely and in line with regulatory and business requirements.
• Manage and deliver principal projects as per programme
• Manage meetings and reporting
Person Specification
Education
• Recognised technical qualification in Construction, Mechanical or Electrical or similar
Training
• Business standard of written and verbal literacy and numeracy
• APM (desirable)
• CDM regulations training
• SMSTS certified
• Nebosh (desirable)
• CSCS black card holder
• IOSH (desirable)
Experience
• Minimum of 5 years proven Supervisory experience in an M&E, FM, construction, or critical environment
• Demonstrable evidence of having managed a team
• Proven experience of running a P&L (desirable)
