Site Manager - Prime Apartment Refurbishment - Westminster

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to deliver a prime apartment refurbishment in Westminster, including high-end bespoke joinery packages.

This is a site-based role managing day-to-day operations on a luxury residential project, ensuring exceptional quality, tight programme control, and seamless coordination of specialist trades. Strong experience with bespoke joinery and high-spec finishes is essential.

Key responsibilities:

• Full site management of prime apartment refurbishment
• Coordination of bespoke joinery packages and specialist subcontractors
• Programme management and daily site reporting
• Quality control to prime residential standards
• Managing logistics within a constrained central London environment
• Health & Safety compliance
• Liaising with client, designers and consultants

Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering prime or super-prime residential refurbishments
• Strong background managing bespoke joinery installations
• Excellent attention to detail and finishing standards
• Ability to manage trades in high-end, design-led environments
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid preferred
