Site Manager - Super Prime Residential Builder - Chichester

We are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a super prime residential builder delivering private, one-off homes in Chichester and the surrounding West Sussex area.

This is a site-based role overseeing the construction of bespoke, high-value residences built to individual client specification. You will be responsible for maintaining exceptional quality standards, driving programme, and coordinating specialist trades within design-led, luxury projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Day-to-day management of bespoke private residential builds
• Coordination of specialist subcontractors and suppliers
• Programme management and site reporting
• Quality control to super prime finish standards
• Managing client variations and design development on site
• Health & Safety compliance
• Liaising with clients, architects and consultants

Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering super prime or luxury private homes
• Strong understanding of high-spec finishes and bespoke detailing
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
• Ability to manage demanding clients and consultant teams
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid preferred
