Site Manager - Prime Residential Refurbishments - Central London

We are working with an established residential main contractor based in Kensington, delivering prime home refurbishments across Central London.

They are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join the team, overseeing high-end residential refurbishment projects from strip-out through to handover. The role requires strong programme management, exceptional attention to detail, and experience working within occupied or constrained central London environments.

Key responsibilities:

• Day-to-day site management of prime residential refurbishments
• Coordination of subcontractors and specialist trades
• Maintaining programme and driving productivity
• Quality control to high-end finish standards
• Managing site logistics in Central London locations
• Ensuring full Health & Safety compliance
• Liaising with clients, architects and consultants

Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering prime residential refurbishments in London
• Strong understanding of high-spec finishes and detailing
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple trades in design-led projects
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid preferred
