Site Manager

King Harold Academy are looking to appoint a Site Manager. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate excellent organisational skills and have the ability to work sensitively, collaboratively, enthusiastically, calmly and effectively under pressure. Work as part of a team but also on their own initiative, be a leader but also take direction.

Ideal candidates will have:
• Experience of building maintenance, ideally within an educational setting
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• A strong commitment to providing a high-quality service
• Have knowledge and experience of Health & Safety
• A genuine belief in the potential of every pupil.
