We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Manager to join a high-end residential contractor based in Hertfordshire, specialising in luxury property refurbishments up to £5M. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a young, driven, and forward-thinking team delivering some of the region's most prestigious and design-led residential projects.

Role Overview:
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of high-end residential construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead on-site operations, coordinate subcontractors, manage health and safety, and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships throughout the build.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full project lifecycle on-site, from initial setup through to handover
- Manage subcontractors, site labour, and suppliers to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Ensure all work is completed in line with architectural specifications, budgets, and deadlines
- Uphold the highest standards of health and safety across all activities
- Maintain site records, reports, and progress updates
- Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative site culture aligned with the company's values
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on high-end residential projects, ideally £1M-£5M in value
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and detailing specific to luxury homes
- Exceptional eye for quality and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with excellent leadership and coordination skills
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications (essential)
