The Southfield Trust would like to appoint a Site Manager from April 2025 to join our committed Trust team.

This is a full-time post subject to a probationary period of one year. This is an opportunity for a practical and well-motivated individual to carry out a role which will include a wide range of responsibilities and duties connected with health and safety, grounds and facilities maintenance and security ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for children, staff and visitors.

You will work alongside a supportive staff team who have a wealth of expertise and are committed to the continuing professional development of all staff - offering a strong programme of in school training.

This is a full-time post, paid hours of work are 37 per week/52 weeks per year - Monday to Friday.

The salary is based on Single Status Grade 5.12 / £25,183 (1.0fte)

Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency's Points-based Immigration System.
