Site Manager

Danny Sullivan Group are searching for their next Site Manager, to work on Utility projects, based around Aylesbury and Brackley.
The ideal candidate for this role would hold an EUSR card and previous experience working on related projects. An individual who has experience in managing and delivering projects previously within correct timeframes and regulations.
Responsibilities:

• Oversee and direct daily site activities to ensure project timelines are adhered to and quality benchmarks are achieved.
• Facilitate coordination among project stakeholders, including engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities, to ensure smooth and efficient site operations.
• Perform routine site inspections to verify compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Strategically plan and allocate resources to meet project demands and deadlines effectively.
• Supervise the operation and upkeep of on-site equipment, tools, and machinery.
• Generate and deliver regular progress reports, covering project updates, resource usage, and any encountered issues.
• Uphold strict compliance with industry and client standards, prioritizing robust safety practices at all stages.

Experience/Qualifications:

• EUSR card (essential).
• Experience in Water/Utilities projects.
• Proven track record in managing construction projects specifically within the water or utilities sector.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to water and utilities projects.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and liaise effectively with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and familiarity with construction reporting tools.

Salaries/day rates are negotiable and additional benefits will depend on the work status of candidates.
