Experienced Construction Site Manager required for blue chip global name in commercial property management and contracting. Ideally based in Northwest of England, with easy access to Manchester and Liverpool areas, you will be tasked with managing various projects across client accounts within their commercial property portfolio.

The role will involve:

• Managing a variety of projects, mainly in the fit-out, structural, M&E sectors of varying values
• Working closely with multiple project teams and managing 3rd party sub-contractors
• Direct responsibility for managing all onsite activities, ensuring timely delivery consistent with business requirements and within agreed cost and safety parameters.
• Assisting on defining, estimating, delivering and track costs and physical progress of individual projects.

The ideal applicant will require the following skills, qualifications and experience:

• Able to communicate, influence effectively, share important or relevant information with clients, project teams and contractors
• Financially aware
• Strong IT skills
• Willing to build strong, trusted client relationships resulting in repeat business opportunities
• Ability to identify other potential revenue opportunities
• Experience of working within multi-disciplined teams
• Experience of permit to work and risk assessment processes.
• SMSTS/CSCS/Site Management Qualifications/Relevant degree would be an advantage.
