Role Essentials:

- Oversee the £3M Cat A D&B project from inception to completion

- Ensure project delivery within the agreed timeframe and budget

- Maintain the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental management

- Coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure seamless operations

- Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to monitor progress

- Manage and motivate the on-site team to achieve excellence and efficiency

- Provide regular progress reports to senior management

Skills & Experience:

- Proven track record as a Site Manager within the fit-out sector

- Experience in managing projects of a similar scale and complexity

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive a team towards success

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Adept at problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced environment

- Relevant qualifications such as SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, and First Aid at Work

- A commitment to continuous professional development
