As the orchestrator of this central London project, you will be the linchpin in transforming spaces to meet the bespoke needs of a discerning clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and oversee the entire fit-out process, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard and in alignment with client specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team to maintain seamless operations on-site.
• Implement rigorous health and safety protocols, upholding the welfare of all personnel and visitors.
• Manage project timelines meticulously, ensuring milestones are met and any obstacles are navigated with strategic foresight.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing progress updates and fostering robust relationships.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Proven track record as a Site Manager on commercial fit-out projects, with a focus on Category B developments.
• Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Exceptional organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the capacity to multitask effectively.
• A solid understanding of current construction regulations and building codes.
• Relevant construction qualifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, First Aid at Work) are highly desirable.
