Job Title: Site Engineering Governance Lead

Salary: £40,748+ dependent on experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Ensuring the Site Engineering departmental documentation is maintained and deployed across the business
- Developing and managing departmental demand management system
- Acting as the lead for all department business management activities
- Supporting delivery of the Site Engineering quality assurance programme
- Aiding the wider department by conducting process confirmations, audits and other assurance activities to ensure our compliance arrangements are being adhered to across the business
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
· Business/Information and data management experience
· Stakeholder management experience in an Engineering or Technical domain
· A relevant further/higher education qualification
Desirable:
· Experience developing deployment and demand management systems
· Knowledge of industrial/engineering works
· MS SharePoint experience

The Site Engineering Governance & Assurance Team:
Sitting within the wider Site Engineering department, you will be providing assurance support against our quality and nuclear compliance arrangements. Within this role you will have to opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders from across the business. You will be exposed to our nuclear compliance documentation and will have to opportunity to learn about the nuclear industry, whilst supporting the more senior members of the team.
We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
