Responsible for managing and governing the acceptance of build and upgrade activities across the Cornerstone estate. This includes overseeing the progression of sites through Operational Site Acceptance (OSA) to final handover into Operational Maintenance, verifying that completed site builds align with approved designs to support revenue assurance.

SCOPE

•Analyse performance trends across current and legacy projects to enhance quality and operational efficiency.
•Champion best-in-class operational practices and foster innovative approaches to site delivery and maintenance
DELIVERY
The Site Assurance Manager is responsible for delivering assurance and acceptance of Cornerstone's sites following build and upgrade activities. This role ensures that all site works meet Cornerstone's design guidelines, are completed to a high standard, and align with approved designs to support accurate revenue capture.
Key Deliverables:
•Oversee the acceptance process for completed site builds and upgrades, ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
•Verify that site installations support revenue assurance by aligning with approved designs and contractual obligations.
•Review Vyn audits submitted by build suppliers to make independent decisions on the quality and completeness of site works.
•Drive supplier performance to achieve right-first-time delivery within agreed service levels.
•Foster positive engagement with internal teams and external customers to ensure smooth handovers and operational readiness.
•Support service improvement initiatives and contribute to digital transformation efforts across the estate.
•Promote continuous improvement through analysis of site performance trends and feedback loops.

ROLE EXPERTISETo be successful in this role, the Site Assurance Manager should demonstrate:
•Technical Expertise: Solid experience in telecom site builds, electrical systems, and asset data auditing.
•Decision-Making: Confidence in making independent decisions, particularly relating to quality assurance and governance.
•Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively with internal teams, external suppliers, and customers.
•Leadership & Improvement: Proven experience in leading service improvement initiatives, supporting change programmes, and mentoring team members.
PERSON SPECIFICATION (EXPERTISE) KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Required (minimum)
•Mobile infrastructure site design, build, and electrical experience
•Minimum of 5-year experience related to work in the field in the telecommunications industry
•Telecom site auditing
•Advanced IT skills, in particular the use of all Microsoft products
Desired
•Prior knowledge of Cornerstone Site Design guidance and process.
•Knowledge of asset types such as towers, cabinets, and active equipment
