About The Role
Job: Senior Branch Manager Designate
Salary: £25,880 (OTE £33,000)
Bonus: Fantastic annual bonus based on company performance.
Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities
As a Senior Branch Manager Designate with WBAC you will:
- First-and-foremost our Senior Branch Manger Designates must model high performance buying cars whilst also supporting the regional manager in driving performance.
- You are the main point of contact for our customers.
- Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
- Competently and professionally lead the customer through the purchase journey, completing appraisals on cars, handling and processing of important documents and processing customer payments.
- Always deliver exceptional customer service.
- Assisting the Regional Manager to complete the smooth running of the region and compliance as per the company's procedures.
- Performing Branch Standard checks when visiting locations.
- Identify the further support and coaching needs of colleagues and provide constructive, direct feedback and development points when required.
- Reporting any potential threat to the business to your Divisional Manager.
- Ensuring all diaries/rotas are set up as per the company instruction.
- Ensuring all purchases are completed as per the company standard.
- Required to provide temporary cover within other regions in the Division.
- Complete all necessary tasks as set out by HR.
- Assist in the completion of purchases when require.
Requirements:
- A current full UK manual driving license
- Experience of working in a target driven environment
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
- Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
- Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers
- Excellent administration and IT skills
