Short Break Service Manager - West Lancs Short Break Service
Full time, Permanent, 37 hours per week | Salary £44,711 - £49,764 per annum
Monday to Friday with occasional out of hours work / standby duty required.

As a Grade 10 Manager you will:
- Be responsible for providing overall leadership to the service, in particular providing supervision, motivation & direction to the Team Manager and staff team within the service.
- To ensure good quality, and person centred care and support is delivered.
- Be the Registered Manager for the service ensuring that the Care Quality Commission essential standards of quality and safety are implemented, and that conditions of registration are adhered to.
- Have responsibility for the management of a service budget and for delivering services within an agreed financial allocation.
- Be involved in strategic planning for the service.
