37 hours per week covering 5 days over 6, Monday to Saturday, 8.45am to 5.15pm.

£25,253.25 per annum

12 Middle Street, Consett, County Durham.

The Children's Society has been helping children and young people in this country for over 140 years. We run local services that support children when they are at their most vulnerable and in desperate need of help. We're there for children, every step of the way.

This role sits within our Retail department. Your role will be to to develop a team of volunteers and paid staff to ensure income budgets are achieved through stock processing, merchandising and sale price maximisation.

We are currently looking for a strong and forward thing person to join our dynamic, ambitious team.

A key part of this role will be your ability to work with both your shop volunteer team and the wider regional team, to develop the shop and volunteers, to generate the highest possible income .

The Children's Society runs over 100 local services that help thousands of young people who desperately need our support, and we campaign to get laws and policies changed to make children's lives happier and safer.
