Pay Rate: £37,291.13
Grade: RCS MContract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: 06:00-18:00 (2 weeks) / 10:00-22:00 (2 weeks)
Location: Stoke On Trent - ST4 2TP

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Transport Shift Manager to play a vital role coordinating our daily logistics requirements. To succeed in this role, you should have a comprehensive knowledge of supply chain management practices and a demonstrative understanding of warehouse procedures, including storing goods, dispatching orders and tracking transportation vehicles.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

• To coordinate and provide support and information in the running of safe and efficient operation
• Working within clear guidelines to help achieve the operational standards and defined outcomes
• To ensure the safe, legal and efficient execution of transport operations
• Responsible for the execution of transport plans ensuring transport and network SLA's/KPI's are achieved

• Transport Management experience
• Compliance knowledge

• Good communication skills - both verbal and written
