Pay Rate: £35,000 per annum
Grade: RCS M
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: 40 hour working week, Monday-Friday. Weekly rotation: 06:00-14:00 (6am-2pm) and 14:00-22:00 (2pm-10pm)
Location: Rugby, CV21 1QN

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead and support the team by overseeing daily warehouse operations, motivating staff, and fostering strong collaboration.
- Drive efficiency by streamlining processes, boosting productivity, and monitoring performance to support continuous improvement.
- Champion safety by maintaining high safety standards, ensuring compliance, and creating a secure workplace for everyone.
