Shift patterns: 5 from 7 ( 7:00 -15:00 | 15:00 - 23:00 )

We're now looking for a experienced Shift manager to work for an automated Grocery and Retail warehouse to

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Manage operational performance on shift to achieve agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) on productivity, quality and cost
• Ensure workload planning and resourcing routines are accomplished to the required standard
• Manage cost budget for own area and identify cost saving opportunities where appropriate
• Achievement of KPI's on productivity, quality and cost providing commentary and improvement plans where KPI's are not achieved
• Building and maintaining effective working relationships with Trade Union or other colleague representation bodies
• Training and development of direct reports and colleagues on shift in line with their personal aspirations and the needs of the business
• Understand the needs of the customer and put in place effective plans to deliver these at all times

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Results focus and previous KPI management skills
• Experence in warehouse cost management
• Experence in warehouse automation and flow managment
• Experence in working in a unionised site
• Management experence of up to 7-10 direct reports
• Ok to work on rotational shifts ( 7:00 -15:00 | 15:00 - 23:00 )
• Looking for experence shift managers to handle a busy site.
