- Salary: £34,434 - £36,363 per annum (pro rata), Actual salary £25,754 - £27,197 per annum
- Hours: 37 hours per week, Term time only (plus 1 week)

The position
The role of the Learning Mentor is to engage vulnerable or challenging pupils in their learning through provision of high-quality early intervention that impacts positively on pupil welfare, attendance, progress and behaviour, and to provide support to the Principal. The successful candidate will be attached to a specific year group and work with the inclusion officer to remove barriers to learning, enhance attendance and engagement and work hard to secure the best outcomes for our students.
