We are currently looking for a ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant to join our UK team!

What do we value?

We are seeking a Senior Technical consultant that has extensive knowledge and experience in designing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all important project processes such as: platform architecture documentation, integration documentation, work-effort estimation and hands-on advanced development

• Attend, participate, and occasionally lead Scrum meetings

• Translate requirements/stories and mock-ups into fully functional features by working closely with the implementation project team

• Fulfill Project's technical development and configuration at the highest standard of technical quality contributing with assignments, follow up and guidance to Junior / Mid developers

• Fulfill technical design guidance within our projects following ServiceNow best practices

• Ensure Project Lead receives timely updates on assigned tasks to facilitate frequent and proactive customer communication

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Delivery Services processes as well as the maturing of the different portfolios, capabilities, expertise, and best practices in consideration of Customer needs and requirements

• Fill technical or process roles in our projects, if needed

• Lead, educate, mentor and develop the Cognizant resources who are assigned to his/her projects.

• Assist in the scoping of new opportunities, design tools and techniques to deliver efficiently

• Act as the final escalation point for technical decision-making within a project

• Partnership with HR to deliver technical interviews and support the recruitment process

Necessary skills and experience required:

• Degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology, and

• proven experience in technical consulting roles

• Proven experience working on the ServiceNow platform

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for ITSM (CIS-ITSM)

• Proven experience in two additional product lines outside of ITSM

• Advanced English

• Knowledge of ITIL; Foundation-level preferred

• Post-graduate in Software related topics is desired
