Following the successful retention of the Lancashire contracts, we are proud to be bringing together our East Lancashire and North and Central Lancashire services into a unified, county-wide service model from 1st October 2025. This is an exciting opportunity to join us as we shape the next chapter of drug and alcohol support across Lancashire.
We are looking for a committed and dynamic Service Manager to lead our East Lancashire team during a period of maternity secondment. This is a 6-month fixed-term position, with potential for extension beyond March 2026.
The Opportunity
As Service Manager, you will:
- Join our established Lancashire Senior Management Team, playing a vital role in both local service delivery and county-wide transformation.
- Lead operational delivery across East Lancashire, ensuring high-quality, person-centred services continue to thrive during this transition period.
- Support the implementation of our new integrated model, working closely with peers and system partners to embed consistency, innovation, and outstanding practice across the county.
- Champion our people-first approach-both for those who use our services and our valued workforce.
Location: East Lancashire (County-Wide Support Required)
Contract: Fixed-Term - 6 Months (with potential for extension)
Start Date: 22nd September 2025
*Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours

Salary Range (pro rata if part time)
CGL points 46 to 51 (£51,101.95 - £56,661.24)
