- Leadership / Management qualification or Equivalent Experience

- Educated to Masters Degree Level
- Post Graduate Management Qualification
Knowledge and Experience
Essential criteria
- Experience of managing a team
- Experience of change management
- Management of budgets
- Experience of working to deadlines
- Knowledge and experience of performance targets
Desirable criteria
- Experience of NHS systems and processes
- Experience of managing patient waiting lists
