Salary £53,887 - £58,283 per annum Pro Rata | Permanent, Full Time, 37 hours per week | Countywide |

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Manager & AMHP Professional Lead to join our Mental Health Service.

We are looking for someone who is motivated and who has great leadership skills and drive to join our existing team. As part of the senior management team, you will manage and oversee mental health social care staff within community teams as well as contributing to service development and strategic priorities.

You will have extensive experience in mental health services and must be a qualified AMHP. As the AMHP Professional Lead you will have oversight of all AMHP operations and procedures in line with the National AMHP Service Standards and will embed continuous improvement. You will contribute to AMHP developments at a local, regional and national level.

You will be responsible for and/or contribute to the management of performance in relation to key indicators.

The role will involve working closely with internal and external partners and stakeholders to effect change and deliver an integrated approach within the current climate of financial challenge across the public sector.

This role is based on a 5-day working pattern, Monday-Friday, and standby / on-call manager duty for the AMHP Service, 6-8 weekly.
