Service Manager - Doncaster

We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Manager post to join our services in Doncaster. You will be part of our small friendly team based from our office in Kirk Sandall. You will be responsible for the day to day operation of the services and ensuring they meet regulatory standards.

Reporting to the Area Operations Manager, you'll be accountable for the people management and development across the service teams. This is a key role in guaranteeing the quality of our service delivery and ensuring that we are always improving. As our lead contact in this area and you will be self-motivated and determined, you should have a passion for positive change and the confidence to make difficult decisions under pressure.

Your working week is flexible covering 7 days per week and will include working weekends. Flexibility is the key for both the individual and Mencap.
