Job Description
Service Manager - Assurance (Children's Services) | 7672 | permanent contract | full-time 37 hours per week | £55,147 to £60,676 per annum | Grade M | Norwich
An exciting opportunity has arisen to manage our skilled and motivated team of Assurance Officers and to play a key role in driving forward Norfolk Children's Services' progression from 'good' to 'outstanding'. The Service Manager role requires an understanding and a belief that the voice of children and families is an integral part of the improvement journey.
As Service Manager, you will lead on quality assurance activity across Children's Services, analysing and reporting findings to support a culture of continuous learning. You will work in a relationship-based way across Children's Services and with partner agencies, to ensure a shared understanding of quality and best practice that leads to positive outcomes for children and families.
